What is the size of the soft-play area?

 

Each setup varies in size. The mini setup which fits in most small spaces like your living room for example is 8x8 space. It is best if you want a setup inside your home. It can accommodate up to 8 toddlers. 

 

The toddler setup is the biggest setup and is about 10x20 space. It accommodates up to 15 toddlers. This play area can fit in dance halls, backyards, garages, plus more.

 

The vibrant setup is about 10×15 space and can accommodate up to 10 toddlers. 

The sprout setup is about a 10x10 space and can accommodate up to 10 toddlers. 

Can it be setup outside?

 

All setups can be set up outside on grass except for the vibrant setup. Your grass must be leveled, cut, clean, and dry. We do not set up or near ant piles, dog poop, water slides, or dirt holes. This can become hazardous and unsafe for the children as well as damage our soft play equipment. 

 

We prefer for the vibrant set up to be set up inside but if this is not possible it can only be set up outside on cement, patio, porch, or garage. Due to the bright pastel colors, this setup cannot be set up on grass as it gets dirty much faster.

What if it rains?

 

We will not set up our equipment outside if it is raining or has been raining. This can be very dangerous for the children playing in the play area where they can slip and fall. The water can also damage our equipment. 

 

If it does rain on the day of your event you are responsible for accommodating an alternate location inside. If you cannot provide an inside location you can reschedule for another date based upon availability. We will try our best to work with you if it does rain but ultimately you are responsible for making sure the weather will be appropriate for the day of your event.

If I have to cancel can I still get a refund? 

 

You can receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days before your booked event. If you cancel after the 14th day you will lose your deposit. 

Do you clean the play area?

Of course, I personally wash all equipment with hot water and soap after each use. I also spray disinfectant on all equipment. After I set up I wipe down everything one last time.

How do you accept payment?

Our website accepts all credit cards and well as PayPal. 

Do I book the time my event begins or do I book an hour before my event begins? 

You book the time your event begins. We do not count the setup time in your rental.

Do you offer canopy tents?

We do rent out a 10x10 canopy tent at this time for $55. Please mention in your reservation add-ons if you would like this added. 

What is the age group for the play area?

All play areas are intended to be for children 4 years and under.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book 80 days in advance

Do you offer weekday rentals?

We do offer weekday rentals depending on the date, time, and location. Just message us to inquire. 

Can I add extra hours?

You can add extra hours at an extra cost but unfortunately, the time can not be passed 8 pm closing time.

Can you pick up later than 8 pm?

Unfortunately, we do not pick-up after dark as it becomes difficult to drive, pick-up, and load all equipment in the dark. It also can become dangerous for ourselves having to unload our equipment in our storage at night. 

Why is the soft-play rental so expensive?

Soft-play equipment is more expensive because it is all custom made with very expensive material. It is made to last long and provide a safe environment for your baby to crawl, jump, and play in.

You also have to keep in mind are fees also include delivery, labor, and pick-up. A lot goes on behind the scenes that you don't get to see besides us setting up. Just to break it down for you. I have to clean all equipment and prepare it for setup. I then have to connect my trailer to my vehicle. Then I drive my trailer to storage to load all equipment onto the trailer. Next I travel to your location were I park and unload all equipment to where you want it setup at. I then setup and clean everything once again. For pick up I travel back to your location, break everything down, load everything back up onto my trailer. And lastly I travel back to the storage where I unload everything once again, clean, and put back into the storage. It's a whole thing!

Do you offer moonwalks?

We do not offer moonwalks. What we offer are toddler bounce houses. They are much smaller than moonwalks.

Can bigger kids get in your moonwalks?

Unfortunately, big kids cannot get into our toddler bounce houses. These bounce houses have a weight limit as they are made for toddlers. If you are planning on having big kids over the age of 5 at your event we recommend renting a regular moonwalk for them to enjoy.
